Four Hopper Packer Scale model FNL-0512CV-04 is a most reliable scale for weighment of variety of products small to large with greater accuracy and higher speed. Packer scale is mostly suitable for seeds applications such as paddy rice, maize, millets, resins, corn, maize, rice, pet food, coffee beans, detergent, coated seeds etc.
This 4-series scale has a combination of main-feed by cut-gate mechanism and fine adjustment by electro-magnetic feeder (dribble feed) and can handle target weights between 500g ~ 20kg. By combining the cut gate and electro-magnetic feeder, products are accurately filled and weighed.
The water filling capacity of weighing hopper is effectively 7 litres. When the target weight is up to 5 kg, high speed can be achieved by sequentially weighing and discharging with single hopper. For target weights over 5 kg (max. upto 20 kg), two or more hoppers are used with simultaneous discharge.
